Sound change posted to Conlang?

Some months ago someone sent a message to Conlang in which they detailed
some interesting results of applying a few regular sound changes (something
like: final consonants changed the vowels before them, then disappeared;
then the vowels changed what was before *them*, and some of them disappeared).
Now I can't find the message. I can't remember who sent it or the name of
the conlang it happened in. Could the owner of the interesting soundchange
please step forward? :)
