Hm. In Italian restaurants around here (Atlanta), asking for water
doesn't result in a brand prompt, but rather a "Still or sparkling?".
If you request sparkling, you invariably get Pellegrino. I usually
opt for a club soda from the bar instead - much more cost-effective. :)
