They're, usually. I don't remember the exact wording I responded to, but it's
entirely possibly I was unusually dimwitted or sleep-deprived when I wrote the
above reply. OTOH, I do appreciate if people express themselves clearly,
especially in a medium where one does not have instant feedback from the
person/people one is communicating with. It's certainly not inconceivable that
there's people out there who fiercely believe in the existence of data with
opinions.
A certain segment of humanity dislike me for my tendency to interpret
literally what they say. Often, I in turn tend to dislike their habit of
assuming that I mean the entire alphabet when I say A, B, K and Z.
