I don't know how AmigaVision works, but if one wants to use a graphical
language, I'd much rather go all the way and enjoy the two-dimensional
layout (or maybe later even three-dimensional ;)) ) by using a flow based
programming language like LabVIEW. Now *that* is a great way of programming
in 2D (if only LabVIEW could be compiled rather than interpreted, because
its interpreter is not very quick :(( ).If you have the occasion to look at
LabVIEW, I advise looking at a LabVIEW program in debugging mode, where you
can actually *see* the information packets go from one node to another ;))) .
