Looks very interesting. One nitpick: at the moment, without interlinears, some of the example phrases etc. are hard to puzzle out. I'm sure you'll correct that in time......... As for glottal stop: apostrophe is OK, "q" is OK too. An old Dutch/Indonesianist convention might work, since your /?/ is intervocalic only-- the dieresis, so that "...aä..." means [a?a] etc. Provided of course you are willing to use a diacritic........
