Except that the PULMonary system refers exclusively to the lungs, the trachee
(English word unknown... :( ), the larynx, etc... the air-breathing system
(from Latin pulmo, pulmonis, which gave in French poumon: lung). Heart, veins,
arteries, etc... are referred to as the blood system in English, simply (and in
French it's "système sanguin"), or at least IIRC.
