(I hope this is the correct address, I was unable to check it). It is the
Indo-European Database and as some (well, really only a little) information
about Dalmatian and about Vegliot. Still, it could be a start. There's also
http://www.orbilat.com/00-Main_Page.html. I didn't really look deeply into it
but it's possible that they have some info about Eastern Romance languages.
