cí         permissive (polite imperative) mood marker
lá         emphatic or exclamatory mood marker
              (often used at end of axioms)
ñarra      NI+2p.sg.agent. NI indicates a change in state for its
              object, caused by an agent
reharra    SE+future/obligatory/inevitable+2p.sg.source.
              SE indicates its object is related to a source and/or goal

So,
Make laughter, or you will be the source of laughter.
