Yes. /gw/ is spelled "gou(e)" in Kerno, like gouether (see).
Occasionally you'll find words spelled in gw-, left over from
the days of Brithenig influence on the language. Of course, the
case endings are "archaic spellings" as well. Usually, the -e
and -es of the accusative are silent. Liaison rules revive them
at times, though.
