Many many many languages have this. These are
inclusive/exclusive pronouns.
Taking the pronouns you mentioned above:
1st person singular inclusive: I and you
1st person singular exclusive masculine: He and I
1st person singular exclusive feminine: she and I
1st person plural exclusive: Them and me
I'm not sure about "you and them" though. Is this
2nd person plural inclusive? Is there such a term?
Or does exclusive/inclusive only apply to first person?
