Okay, I'll repeat my Yivríndil to match the *real* Welsh phrase, since it
makes more sense anyway.

Yira elat par eyi yira elat ista.

Depressingly identical to English except that it lacks the indefinite
articles.  Also identical to Welsh except that it contains an explicit
word for "is."

BTW, I'd be interested in joining a conculture-RPG if one actually starts
up.  I've never role-played at all, but I'd be willing to learn if it
works out.
