short answer....... reaaaaaaly expensive.... i live in canada and have ordered a few things from Amazon, and by the time the shipping charges an= d GST get added to it, they're oh, about 25% more on top of the book order. however, the more you order, the less the shipping cost hurts (although t= hen you have to start worrying about duty). tveir kr=F3na m=EDn (is that right?) byron
