Does the Netherlands have a sales tax exemption on books?
The Danish excisemen are rabid about sales tax on books from outside
the European Union. Which irks several book-collecting friends I have.
Not only do they open the packets even though the content is declared
on the outside, they hold them until the sales tax has been paid.
And it's no use ordering from Amazon UK if you want a US edition of
something ... they simply don't stock them.
