[snip] Well, he *did* ask if I could recognize the words, and I did, although I stretched some things some. But who could resist _wiski_ [wajski] being a wise russian? :-P Or _mano_ being a monkey? :-) (Yeah I know, been reading too many Tarzan comics recently.) Or _oksiter_ being an orc's babysitter? (Hey after all, *somebody's* gotta watch those orcs while papa and mama are away, right? :-P) And _quid_ being a squid missing its *s*uckers. And of course, _yanki_ has *got* to be an American... :-P As for the Ebisedian lookalikes... I can't help it if my efforts to be fluent in my own conlang is showing through... But at least the Ebisedi really appreciate seeing these familiar forms! ;-) T -- It is of the new things that men tire -- of fashions and proposals and improvements and change.
