This might best migrate to Conculture, as well.

As far as Kemr is concerned, I think we figured that the Tech Level is
somewhere along the lines of 1950-1980. It's history, though
recognisable, is quite different; so the technology and timing of
advancement spurts is also quite different.
To give some examples: there is tv, but I don't know how advanced it
is. There's no DVD or flat screens and all of that. There are
computers (llo chompiwter, I think), but probably a decade or more
behind *here*. Aviation has taken the route of the dirigible for
transport and travel, rather than airplanes (B.O.A.C. is a major
player here). I think it was the Germans that invented the Bomb. And
there are moving pictures (talkies), with surprisingly familliar
themes. "The Rescue of Soldier Ryan" and "War in the Heavens:
Eidolonic Endangerment" were two popular pictures of the last year or
so.

Here are some highlights from the Contents of the first "Book of the
Holyman", which is used by followers of the Way in Tallaria.
The Book of The Teacher; Wisdom of St. Gnato; Gospel of the
Wellspring; Gospel of the Nativity of Mary; the Childhood Deeds of the
Lord Krist; Book of Thomas the Contender; the Diatessary; Book of
Judas Iscariot; Book of Addeus the Apostle; Narrative of Joseph of
Arimathea; History of Joseph the Carpenter; Book of the Worlds Making;
Deeds of St. Attila; Book of John the Prophet; Dream of the Rood;
Sayings of Har; the Fall of Lucifer and the Fall of Ash.
Most of these would be familiar to readers of books like "The Other
Bible" or "Lost Books of the Bible"; others I wrote. There is a second
"Book of the Holyman" which is a kind of appendix to the first (and
isn't completed yet). Thus far it contains: the Book of the Disciples;
Book of the Prophet; the Book of Praise; and the Book of Ash and Elm.
