I've not done such a conversion in a long time (I've long since converted
all WP files to Word).  However, typically everything imports, but
occasionally you'll have some formatting that isn't right.  Generally, I
figure if the text is there, you can fix the formatting. :)

If there is something you're not sure how to do (WP and Word look at
achieving the same things in different ways), I can probably at least tell
you what to look for in the help. Knowing what to search for is often the
biggest hurdle, since terminology varies.
