Why, the same way that Romance-speakers distinguish between Easter and Passover, viz. Our Italian vs. Italian in the Irish Empire (or whatever). (Anyway, I don't think anyone *speaks* Hebrew in that timeline; there wouldn't have been anything to restore it to spoken use.) This point was brought home to me when someone on an international (but less language-savvy) mailing list wished a happy Easter to all Christian and Jewish list members.
