Don't I agree!!! VSO is also my favourite word order (I try to use it as much
as possible ;))) ). Maggel, of course, is gonna by mostly VSO (but since its
verbal system is also an example of Maggelity, be prepared that most of the VSO
turns out as VOS or maybe sometimes OVS ;)))))) . When I add the complicated
analytical forms, it's gonna make a nice AuxOVS mess ;)))) ).

Didn't the Latin genitive survive in Romanian? I know that dative and genitive
conflated, but the forms do look more like they origin from the genitive than
from the dative (especially the plural genitive dative article in -lor).
