That is highly debatable: whether a vocabulary of semantically
transparent universals and primes is workable or not.
Personally I think semantic transparency is excellent for defining
words/terms, but not very compact, simple and efficient for everyday language
(esp'ly the technoculturally-literate language of rampant Globalism &
Neo-Capitalism, which is becoming a _de facto_ world standard via English's Greco-Latin
roots or the mutant variations thereof, i.e. Japanese _gairaigo_ and the more
urbanized varieties of Tok Pisin, Papiamento, Kriol, etc.).
