Neither of which work for my dialect since I have ['liZ=r] and ['lEdZ=r] and
though I've never come across the word "adger" before, I would pronounce it
['&dZ=r] while "azure" is [&Z'Ur] or [@Z'Ur] depending on speed of
utterance.
Adam who wishes there was a more cross-dialectal minimal pair
