Well, animists plus variations on polytheistic religions.

Hmm, well, as a member of a "mystery' religion, I never felt not knowing
what I was saying added anything to a ritual. I do use languages to make
what rituals I do "special" or "scared" for myself, but then I know what I'm
saying.
