Definitely don't need one yet. I've had some bad experience with
overly-zealous moderators imposing posting limits and threatening to
expel someone who accidentally surpassed it (even one case where I
didn't, but was accused of doing so, thanks to time zones), and
threatening to expel people for other kinds of behavior, most of which I
felt were innocent. So, as long as people remain civil here, we should
remain free like we are.
