META: 100 Message Limit

I think I'd have to agree with others that the 100-message
limit serves as a useful corrective on the excesses that we
sometimes develop. I know from speaking to people who used
to belong to the list that the atopicality of many threads
has driven them away. In fact, I wouldn't mind if every
now and then the list is held for a few days at a time to
allow us to digest what's been said. If that sounds too
harsh, then perhaps more consistent use of tagging of posts
would allow some to lessen the amount of mail they have to
sift through.
