As has been pointed out '&' is one of the signs differing in meaning in X-SAMPA
and CXS.
The claim X-SAMPA [&] occurs in Swedish "drømme" is bewildering, however, since
"drømme" isn't a Swedish word; we don't even have the letter 'ø'. It might be
Danish.
The closest thing in Swedish is _drömma_ "to dream", but the vowel in the first
syllable is [2] in standard pronunciation, and not X-SAMPA [&] in any 'lect I'm
aware of.
