The final 's' and the initial 's' are usually pronounced as a single 's', in my
variety (Brazilian Piauiense) and in most Brazilian varieties it's always
pronounced as a single 's', therefore [toduz uz a~´glOfonu sa~w ´buRus]
although your transcription of European Portuguese is also correct.
