One can never be too sure. I once received a flame from someone who seemed
clearly to *agree* with my expressed position; it finally dawned on me that
he had understood the idiom "A, not to mention B" (meaning of course
"A and obviously also B") to mean "A but not B".

Good point. In any event, the IB-Swedes chose a union of the crowns rather than
the French Connection.

Tranquebar, Frederiksnagore, the Nicobars, the Andamans, Mon, Tenasserim,
and Tsingtao. New Sweden (Delaware *here*) and New Iceland (part of
Manitoba, Canada *here*) are affiliated members; the territories are the
Capital (Gothenburg), Svalbard, and Tristan da Cunha.
