I've got a complete Cyrillic support on my computer (I live in Ukraine,
ex-USSR), but I'm still unable to read it, seen only tags :-(
It may be a kind of misreading while being transmitted...
AFAIR everybody agreed to use here plain text in upper part of ASCII, or,
maximum, use some lower part characters (Latin-1)...
