Well, I probably agree that the taste is acquired...

On the other hand, the more bitter and strong the most I appreciate it.
Black coffee and coffee with milk are for me two different pleasures if done
properly (I still prefer dark coffee with milk than milk with coffee, and it
better be milk than cream of whitener).
I stop using sugar when I realized that most of the sugar consumption at
home was for me to put into coffee. It was hard at the beginning but now I
cannot stand the taste of black coffee with sugar.
I do like coffee candies and ice cream though.
