"...there is no equivalent to _blue_ in Russian
- the words _goluboj_ and _sinij_ (usually
translated as "light blue" and "dark blue" respectively)
refer to what are in Russian distinct colours,
not different shades of the same colour, as their
translation into English might suggest."
