Eh, I don't know why I even bothered getting in this debate.  You seem
to be bound and determined not to learn even basic phonetic terminology.

What?  Voiced and voiceless is a distinction that, in many languages
(including French) is ONLY made in consonants!  The distinction occurs
in vowels in some languages, but not very many.
