To my ears, [Oy] isn't accurate. I think that [OY] and [O2] are just the
same, since German [2] merges with [Y], being rather [2_r] than plain [2].

Sure, this is the Alemannic pronunciation, and it's not only found in the
dialects but even in some very rustic varieties of Swiss standard German
(though these highly rustic varieties aren't used often nowadays but among
old people or populistic politicians; schools have adopted a more moderate
Swiss standard German).
