Incidentally, the 'national snack' of Techia is fried and salted plantain
chips (a plantain is a large green starchy banana) dipped in a salsa made
with jalapeño and habanero peppers (VERY HOT!!), ginger, black pepper,
cayenne pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, mango, papaya, banana...
it's kinda a part salsa, part chutney.
Put the lime in the coconut and call me in the morning.
