And don't forget the original sound of Arabic <d.>, which was the emphatic
form of Hebrew <s'> (sin): /tK_>/. Also, some reconstructions of
Proto-Afrasian have /k_>/, /k_>_w/, /q_>/ and /q_>_w/!
What's the best way to indicate both ejectivity and labialization with
X-SAMPA anyway?
