Truly ironic, since many of them claim that they'd end such problems,
and bring world peace. Reminds me of the line in _Hitchhiker's Guide to
the Galaxy_ about the Babel fish, which by enabling everyone to speak to
each other, "caused more and bloodier wars than anything else in
history", or something to that effect. :-)
