Well, something like this:
Etabnannic(ie. Complex Rules):
1.Tibetan
2.Scottish Gaelic
3.Irish Gaelic
4.French/English(roughly the same)
Magellic:
1.Tibetan, maybe English
2. English, maybe Tibetan
3.Scottish Gaelic
4. French
I'd guess.
