I forgot, I changed this. _ko"x_ was reanalyzed as ko"- + -x, and _kok_
was often mispronounced as _kox_, reanalyzed as ko- + -x, so that
ko-/ko"- have become nominative prefixes, but not used on pronouns. The
nominative forms I gave (kok/ko"x, mak/ma"x, etc.) are considered
archaic.
