A clarification:
{dd} = implosive /d`/
{tt} and {kk} = ejectives /t'/ and /k'/
Earlier, there were also bb, gg, and pp. {bb} and {gg} became nasals
/m/ and /N/, while {pp} became /ph/. Some dialects have changed {tt}
and {kk} to affricates /ts/ and /kx/, and {dd} to /d/.
