I don't know if I'll be able to help... I'm certainly not in the position
to provide economic support, but my time is still quite cheap for the
moment, so if you need HTML coding or other similar offline batch processing,
you only have to ask. (That goes for anyone... as long as I can keep the
materials.)

I love the whole concept. Some of your ideas would be difficult to
implement, and some won't be of use for myself in particular, but I think
the most important part is that we conlangers will have some sort of
official status, somewhere to refer people to when we're called 'lunatics',
a place that we can call home. The idea of the conlang museum/gallery is
very nice too -- since none of us will live forever, and our work should
not be one of those things that an irresponsible child can erase with a
single stroke... (Had I lived in ancient Egypt, I'd have made a pyramid
to be built for myself, you see. :)
So, David: congratulations on your idea, and let us know when we can start
working on it. I think most of us are really eager to.
