Well, I'd buy too - that reminds me - where can I find the most up to date version of Tokana? Is that the one at David's website? How pricy making books is, depends on what quality you want. Really good bound (stitched signatures) stuff, you can forget immediately. Perfect bound books you can probably forget with some regrets. But glue-and-linen bound, or plastic-comb bound books are easy to produce - it would take about 5 cts a page, in the Netherlands. Producing a CD-Rom with html or PDF versions of a lot of grammars doesn't cost more than about $1.50, for the whole thing. <snip> Yes, I'd like an even better index of conlang pages, too.
