I'd just buy it, as you'd end up copying the whole thing anyway.
Though, if the library's copy machines would end up charging you less
than 16.00$CAN for a photocopy of the whole thing, I'd be tempted to
go that route.

If you can make use of interlibrary loan, the Univ. of Maryland has it
(i.e., where I got it from).
