Alas, leftovers tonight. Veritos:

Mostly similar to Chinese/SE Asian, I decree. Lots of fish and veggies; noodles and rice analogues; the main meat animal is similar to sheep/goat. And see below.... I once posted a recipe for _pakivak roçe pripit_ (spicy sea spiders) actually a take on Shrimps Szechuan. Some people apparently never got past the name-- I got a few "eew, they eat spiders???" comments. http://cinduworld.tripod.com/recipes.htm Larry Sulky: My understanding is that the Cindus revere chickens, so I would guess that chicken dishes are out... either that, or extremely popular. Veritos again: lol...yummy chickens Sorry-- there are no feathered fowl on Cindu. There are, however, lots of lizardy creatures, some raised commercially, that are said to taste just like chicken.
