Mostly similar to Chinese/SE Asian, I decree. Lots of fish and veggies;
noodles and rice analogues; the main meat animal is similar to sheep/goat.

My understanding is that the Cindus revere chickens, so I would guess
that chicken dishes are out... either that, or extremely popular.

Sorry-- there are no feathered fowl on Cindu. There are, however, lots of
lizardy creatures, some raised commercially, that are said to taste just
like chicken.
