Actually, there *is* a journal.  Adam Carrajena got funding from
Mensa, of which he's a member, to produce a Conlang journal,
as they give funding to their members to fund such projects.
Then, however, we all flaked, and didn't contribute--and I'm afraid
that's an inclusive "we".  :(

Anyway, though, is that still available?  We could try again.  I'll
have more time now that my busy-ness is done for the school
year.
