Mark's has the same problem if and only if the window is very narrow. I should
note that your page doesn't have the problem at full size, it starts only when
somewhat narrowed (to about 95% of the usual width). It seems to be a
matter of degree, not kind. The only difference I can see is the text size (I
don't think the color scheme makes a difference in this case).
