Oh, not at all. There's no accounting for taste. However, there
should be some way to account for eyestrain and headaches. I
was wondering why I never had any of these problems if it's
possible for other humans to have them. Do I have super eyes
(or perhaps insensitive eyes)?

As to the narrow-window problem, I think there comes a point where you
just have to let it go and, in response to the complaint "Doctor, it
hurts when I do this", prescribe a remedy of "So don't do that." :)

Incidentally, I *think* I may have found a way to fix this problem...

Mark's has the same problem if and only if the window is very narrow.
I should
note that your page doesn't have the problem at full size, it starts
only when
somewhat narrowed (to about 95% of the usual width). It seems to be a
matter of degree, not kind.

I'd have to agree with Mark, if you make the window absurdly
narrow. It sounds, though, as if on my site (not on Mark's) that
your window isn't absurdly narrow. If you don't mind my
asking, do you think you could send me a couple screenshots
of the way that page comes out (at normal size, and then at
smaller sizes)?
