Lots and lots of people have proposed alternate English spelling
systems. Just google for "English spelling reform". I did a non-
serious one which can be found here:

I also use the Megdevi script regularly to write English. More
info on it can be found here:

But also how to show your conlangs spelling and sound structure?

I'd say more conlangers than not have created a non-Latin based
writing system for their language. I've created 10 (if you go to
my site, click on any language, and click on "orthography", you
can see a description). To see some of the many orthographies,
you can go to Langmaker:
http://www.langmaker.com/db/Langmaker:Neographies
Or even Omniglot:
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/conscripts.htm
There's lots of stuff everywhere on the web. Google is your
friend. :)
