I very much your explanation/implementation of the reduced
vs. full grade for verbal stems. I've certainly seen this before in
natural languages, but always wondered how one might emulate
it. I think this is an excellent and well-explained example of how
one might go about it.
So what's the story behind this language? How long have you
been working on it? I certainly never expected to see a PIE/IE
language by you.
