Hello,
I'm fiddling with the idea of a Celtic conlang (a Brythonic alternative
to Manx), but for the present I'll take the second part :-)

Not me.

Me, definitely! I first peeked into Welsh to examine its relations with
Sindarin, and now I'm the resident Cambrophile! With Aidan perhaps.
(ObIrrelevant: Aidan, I've persuaded them! A course in Reading Middle
Welsh next semester! :-))
