<kil-> means "unknowable". <airim> is the 3pl unspecified/unknown gender.
Therefore <kilairim> would be an unknowable group of people -- the
conspiracy theorist's "they".

Normally there are three verb forms one can choose from. For example, "I
speak" can be "Shav ai," "Shavi," or "Shavi ai." (I haven't decided yet
what the connotational differences are between the using the subject versus
a conjugated ending versus both.) However, there is no conjugational form
for the subject <kilairim>, so you can only use the first option.
