I have the exact opposite problem. Opera, with "the best Unicode support
in the world", refuses to display the message as UTF-8, even when I
manually set the encoding to UTF-8: I still get those lovely obscure
Latin-1 sequences.
I think part of the problem seems to be that Charlie's posting to the
Yahoo! group, if I'm reading the headers right.
Is this the case?
