Degaspregos began as just that: a language without any particular conculture.
When I first came up with the idea (back in highschool), I wanted to create
a language that would be more expressive than Esperanto, which was the only
conlang with which I had any familiarity at the time. Now, of course, I think my
original goal was a little misguided, but it was fun, and I continue it now for
purely artistic/aesthetic reasons. I'm starting on a new language, Phaleran, about
which I spoke a little bit on this list about a month ago or so. The idea of that
is just to create a whole society, and explore what it's like to do that, just like
many of the rest of y'all. The webpages are still being created, so I'll announce
when I think they're presentable.
